Mike Richter Shop Technician

Mike Richter is one of TerraTherm’s Shop Technicians. Starting off with basic knowledge of tools, he has since taken on a variety of roles, including assembling heater rods and liners, as well as gathering all the necessary hardware for heater boxes. His versatility has seen him work with almost every department in the company.
