Bill Condon Director of Field Implementation

Mr. William Condon, a Marine Corps veteran, has over 15 years of experience managing various phases of field work and has successfully built a variety of thermal treatment systems. Bill also has experience working in the drilling industry prior to joining TerraTherm. Bill teams with subcontractors and clients to ensure that design, quality control, and installation are executed safely and on schedule. Bill has built electrical resistance heating (ERH) sites, steam enhanced extraction (SEE) sites, and thermal conduction heating (TCH) sites. He has successfully directed the construction of some of the most complicated and challenging sites TerraTherm has ever worked on. Bill is involved early in the projects and works closely with our engineering team to ensure the designs can be properly implemented in the field. He oversees the field services teams and ensures company and site-specific safety protocols are implemented in all phases of projects.
