TerraTherm Teams Up with EA for USACE In Situ Thermal Remediation Contract

Innovative partnership targets environmental remediation at a former defense site in Rhode Island.

GARDNER, MA, — MAY 2023 – TerraTherm, a global leader in thermal remediation, today announced a partnership with EA to undertake in situ thermal remediation at the Former Nike Battery PR-58 and Disaster Training Village Area Formerly Used Defense Site in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.

TerraTherm will assist with the first task order of the project by providing the design and execution of in situ thermal remediation (ISTR). This five-year project includes pre-remediation field investigation, bench testing, as well as in situ thermal remediation (ISTR) design, construction, and operation.
