Suzie Kaufman Senior Project Manager

Suzie Kaufman has more than 19 years of experience as a Project Manager.  She has managed dozens of investigations and remediation projects from proposal and budget preparations, to task hazard analysis, oversight of field implementation, decommissioning and demolition of facilities, bioremediation, and regulatory permitting.  She has also served as a Federal Operations Quality Control Systems Manager over multiple USACE Districts.

As a Project Manager for TerraTherm, Suzie will ensure effective execution of complex projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.  Her responsibilities as a Project Manager include establishing the scope and schedule with the client at the outset of a project, managing the project team through design, procurement, construction, operation, and demobilization providing deliverables, and acting as the primary point of contact to keep clients and other stakeholders informed throughout the project.

Suzie possesses a wide array of environmental remediation project experience at both operational/active and decommissioned Federal and private facilities.  She has experience managing projects with many challenging, sensitive receptors; including active and formerly used military bases, Superfund sites, tribal lands, urban residential neighborhoods, and adjacent streams and bodies of water.  She has implemented pilot programs and onsite bench scale studies to promote technology advancement and characterization efficiencies, resulting in cost savings and heightened client satisfaction.
