Allan Hartsoch Senior System Operator

Allan Hartsoch is one of our Senior System Operators and has been a valued member of our team since 2012. He is involved in every step of executing a project, from when a project hit the field to demobilization. His daily work includes construction, commissioning, implementing, operating, troubleshooting, and dismantling thermal remediation projects around the country.
Allan has worked on more than 20 thermal sites and holds a long list of safety certifications. Prior to joining TerraTherm, Allan spent 9 years as the field supervisor and lead operator at the Port of Ridgefield Steam Enhanced Remediation project in Ridgefield, WA. Allan’s experience includes construction and operation at TCH, ERH, and SEE sites.
