TerraTherm has completed ISTD pilot, field research demonstrations, and full-scale remediation projects at contaminated sites across the country. Post-confirmatory soil sampling, performed by independent oversight contractors, has demonstrated that in a majority of cases (despite initially high concentrations of the contaminants of concern, or COCs), final concentrations were below laboratory reporting limits.

The independently verified performance of the ISTD technology at these and other projects has been unprecedented for an in-situ remediation technology, considering the recalcitrant nature of the contaminants, the thoroughness of the cleanup in spite of heterogeneous soil conditions, and the speed of the process.
