December 7, 2011

FITCHBURG, MA--TerraTherm, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of environmental remediation services and technologies, announced today that it was named to “The Zweig Letter 2011 Hot Firm List” which recognizes the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada.  TerraTherm came in at number one in the design/build category and number 13 overall out of the 176 total firms honored.

“Getting on The Zweig Letter Hot Firm List for 2011 is an amazing accomplishment, particularly when you consider the depressed state of the A/E/P industry. I am so proud of these firms I cannot tell you!  They are making it happen in spite of many obstacles to their success,” said Mark C. Zweig, ZweigWhite founder & CEO.   ZweigWhite is the nation’s leading consulting, publishing, and training firm for the architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting industry.  This list is made up of firms that have outperformed the economy and competitors to become leaders in their chosen fields.

The Hot Firm List recognizes those companies that exhibit the fastest growth in the last three fiscal years.  TerraTherm was ranked according to their growth rate in gross revenue from 2007 to 2010 which is based equally on percentage growth and dollar growth.   “We are especially inspired to receive this recognition with the challenges faced by so many businesses in our current economy,” said TerraTherm’s CEO and President John Bierschenk.  “We all should share congratulations on earning such a high placement… quite an accomplishment!” stated Dr. Ralph Baker, Chairman and Chief Scientist of TerraTherm, Inc.
