TerraTherm’s Project Managers, the Organizational Team Behind our Thermal Remediation Projects

When asked to write this blog about the project management team, I had to sit back and consider how to convey our role within TerraTherm. I asked myself who are we, and what motivates us? After some thought and observation, I concluded that the project managers are the “conductors” behind the orchestra that is TerraTherm. We keep the music playing and ensure that all of the necessary contributors (engineers, construction supervisors, operators, accounting, administration, IT, etc.) are playing their parts at the right time – and in the right key.
